1. All Sales Are Final.

Due to the digital and educational nature of this class, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to: missed attendance, scheduling conflicts, technical difficulties, or dissatisfaction with the content.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Disputable.

You understand and agree that once payment is made, you waive any right to dispute or

chargeback this purchase through your bank or credit card provider. ENW Consulting

reserves the right to submit this agreement and all related documentation as evidence in the event of any attempted chargeback.

3. Access is a Privilege, Not a Guarantee.

This class is a live digital event. Replay access is only granted to those who attend or notify us in writing before the start time. Failure to attend, whether live or by replay deadline, does not entitle you to a refund or reschedule.

4. Digital Signature by Payment.

By submitting payment, you are digitally signing and agreeing to these terms. These

conditions are legally binding and may be used in any dispute process.

5. Fraudulent Claims Will Be Prosecuted.

Any attempt to reverse payment after class access is granted will be considered theft of

services. We pursue fraudulent claims with legal action, and your IP address, email trail, andpayment records will be documented.
